Nefropat\u00eda por IgA (Enfermedad de Berger)

Es una enfermedad renal que se produce cuando un anticuerpo llamado inmunoglobulina A (IgA) se acumula en los ri\u00f1ones. Esto resulta en una inflamaci\u00f3n local que, con el tiempo, puede dificultar la capacidad de los ri\u00f1ones para filtrar los desechos de la sangre. En algunas personas se observan restos de sangre de orina sin que esto ocasione problemas; y en otras, se presenta insuficiencia renal terminal.<\/p>\n
